Before you write
Most setup issues are answered in the homepage troubleshooting section: launch the game through the launcher rather than its icon, keep both the game and the framework updated, and confirm the full Geometry Dash is installed under your main profile. If your message is about a mod problem, naming the mod and your phone model helps us reproduce it.
Response times
We reply within two working days, usually faster. The framework itself is built by the Geode Team as an open-source project; deep framework bugs are best reported to the project as well, though we are happy to help you confirm them first.
